The 32 level toweris iconic featuring a signature spire element that presents to city skyline and references theground to mark the entry to the lobby.

The tower adjoins a low scale building incorporating Retail and Commercial. The design of the tower respects the adjoining City Hall heritage building promoting visual connection with tower facades incorporating high performance glazing in a refined lightweight form. Each elevation is articulated vertically demonstrating excellent design point of difference to the skyline.
